When is the weekly menu released?
Our new menu is released every Tuesday for Sunday pickup or delivery. Be sure to check back weekly for fresh, rotating options!
What is the order deadline?
Meals are available for pickup or delivery every Sunday. You'll receive confirmation with pickup or delivery details after your order is placed.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Meals are prepared fresh and individually packaged. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator and consuming them within 4–5 days. If you don’t plan to eat them within 4 days, they should be frozen to maintain freshness and quality.
What if I have a food allergy?
If you have a food allergy, please message us on Instagram (@chefmarcosrodriguezz) or text us at 626-367-0767 before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, so cross-contamination is possible.
How should I reheat the meals?
Most meals can be reheated in the microwave for 1.5–2 minutes. For best results, remove any cold sauces or toppings before heating.
Can I customize my meals?
Meals are not customizable at this time, but we rotate the menu weekly to provide a wide variety of flavorful, balanced options.
Do your meals include nutrition info ?
Yes! Each meal includes a detailed macro breakdown (calories, protein, carbs, and fat), listed on the weekly menu.
Are your meals healthy?
Yes—every dish is designed by Chef Marcos to be balanced, high in protein, and made with whole, nutritious ingredients. We use avocado oil or olive oil, never seed oils, to support clean eating and overall wellness.
Do you offer subscriptions or meal plans?
Not yet! Meals are ordered weekly, but we're working on adding subscription options in the near future.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery every Sunday. Just select the delivery option at checkout.
