Our new menu is released every Monday for Sunday pickup or delivery. We rotate meals weekly to keep things fresh, balanced, and flavorful.
Orders close every Friday at 12:00 PM or once we sell out. We recommend ordering early, as quantities are limited.
We do not offer ingredient substitutions; however, you can select your preferred meals and quantities from each week’s rotating menu at checkout. For the best value, we also offer curated packages designed for balance and variety.
Yes. Every meal includes a detailed macro breakdown (calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat), listed on the weekly menu and included on the label.
All meals are prepared fresh and individually packaged. We recommend storing them in the refrigerator and enjoying them within 5–6 days. Meals may be frozen if needed to extend freshness.
Our meals are chef-crafted with balanced portions, high-quality ingredients, and intentional nutrition. We use avocado oil and olive oil exclusively—never seed oils or artificial additives.
Please contact us before placing your order if you have a food allergy. While we do our best to accommodate requests, meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, and cross-contact is possible.
Yes we do offer subscriptions. Meals are ordered weekly, and you may choose the package that fits your needs.
Yes. We offer local delivery every Sunday. Delivery can be selected at checkout.
Meals can be reheated in the microwave for 2 -3 minutes. For best results, remove any cold sauces or toppings before heating.
