Welcome to Chef Marcos Meal Prep! By using our services, you agree to both our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully to understand how we operate and protect your information.

Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Chef Marcos Meal Prep offers pre-made, ready-to-go meals with options for local pickup or delivery. Our goal is to make healthy eating convenient and affordable for our customers.

2. Ordering Schedule

New menus are released every Sunday.Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM.Pickup and delivery take place on Monday each week.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Free Pickup: Available at 423 Windflower Cir, Placentia, CA 92870 between 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Delivery: Available within a 10-mile radius for a flat fee of $12 between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

4. Payments

All orders must be prepaid.We accept credit/debit cards via a secure payment Processor.No orders are confirmed without payment.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or changes must be made by Friday at 12:00 PM.Due to the perishable nature of the meals, we do not offer refunds after the cutoff time.If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

6. Allergens

Meals may include or come in contact with common allergens such as dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy, and shellfish. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here, with continued use of our service considered as acceptance.
